1/Assis, première position = pieds collés, genoux ouverts

Essayer de mettre la tête le plus près des pieds

Puis faire le bateau, pencher buste à droite puis à gauche sans décoller les fesses du sol

2/ Assis, jambes tendues, poser les mains sur les cuisses et faire des chatouilles le long des jambes et essayer d'attraper ses pieds

Secouer les jambes. Recommencer 4 fois, bien souffler

3/ Assis, seconde position, genoux toujours orientés vers le plafond,

Travailler son écart latéral en avançant les mains au sol vers l'avant

5/ Pousser sur les mains pour essayer de faire un toboggan avec le corps en posant les talons au sol

6/ A genoux, assis sur les talons étirer le dos en posant les mains
